Do I lack motivation or capability?

I find the way I have felt all day to be unequivocally detestable. My parents wish for me to go to a wrestling meet this evening, but I find extreme discomfort in any movement whatsoever. Thus, going to such an event would be thoroughly unpleasant. They are worried about me being locked away in the house all of the time. I am so easily fatigued lately that I really do not want to go.
