Live From Iowa
I have successfully arrived to my humble abode. The adventurous ride here was a satisfying combination of exciting and boring. We were able to spend some time at the Battlefield Mall in Springfield. There, a couple friends and I chose outfits for eachother to wear. It was rather amusing. I purchased a pair of Tripp pants from Hot Topic. However, they are temporarily separated from me, as my dad has taken them with him to work accidentally. I am happy to be home. There's just something different about the atmosphere here. I was also surprised to see that my dad had cleaned my room while I was gone. A friend of my sister's said, "I didn't know you had such pretty carpet." That explains how filthy my room was. I'm not entirely sure what my plans are for today. I think some friends and I might go to one of the malls in Des Moines. If we do, we plan to walk up to random people, pretend they're famous, and to take a picture with them and get their autograph. It seems like it would be a fun way to pass time. *grins* I have been so happy lately. It's marvelous. I have been making steady, but slow improvements in my health situation, and it's fantastic. I now know for sure that I will get better. It's so nice to have such hope. I ought to get back to enjoying my time here. I will try to blog again soon. *waves with much elation* God bless you. Farewell.
