Throw up your rawkfist!
I haven't decided whether or not my mispelling of "rock" is amusing or disgusting. *shrugs* I dig it. I don't have a whole lot to say, considering I've already blogged, so this will probably be a lot more words that say a lot less. I'm happy to say that I was able to stuff myself at lunch, and will probably do the same at supper. I will soon undergo decompression, yippee aye oh kaye ay! That could be how you spell it, right? I have decided that after this post, I will try to go back to my old style of posting. It will be a little less random, a little more organized, and hopefully a little better. This new, or rather old, writing style should create the illusion that I am actually capable of making a decent piece of literature. It seems that the more I read, the more I want to write correctly . This talent is rather essential for me to grasp, considering I want to be a journalist when I "grow up". I always feel awkward when I say that phrase. It sounds so... seven. But anyway, Joselynn the name and political journalism will be the game. I'm hoping to write articles for magazines and newspapers or even do some reporting until I'm capable of going out on my own. Eventually, I'd like to start a political magazine of my own. I would love to be in charge of the makings of a fantastic magazine. I'll get there... eventually. I suppose I have to graduate high school first, don't I? And then off to college... goodness, eventually is definetly the word to use. From the sounds of things, Randy (a friend here in Branson) says that he could drive me up to Kansas City on Thursday, and then my dad could pick me up from there. That way, I could be home a day earlier than anticipated. *thumbs up* As usual, going home sounds good to me. I suppose that's approximately all I have to say to you. I'll close with this quote, "Throw up your rawkfist!" God bless you! Farewell.
Listen
Hello everyone. We have gathered here today to bare witness to this auspicious moment in history, in which we shall come together to read the writings of me. Oh, the excitement! Well, now that that's out of my system, let's continue. I've been sick the last couple of days, but I am recovering. I've spent most of my morning working on select lessons in my geometry book. Can you believe it's May 3rd already? I have so much school to do before the year is over. I'm starting to get a bit stressed over it again, but I am catching up. It is eleven forty, and I have yet to eat anything. I am uber-hungry, but Trish is out running errands so I will wait patiently(ish) until she returns. I've written what seems to be similar to that of a poem. I've titled it listen, possibly because every line it in begins with the word listen... who knows? It's simple; not really anything impressive. It has some sort of a soothing comfort though. I like it. I'll publish it... here... now... ready, go!Listen
Listen CarefullyListen to the voiceListen to the whisperListen to the gentle breathingListen to the steady heartbeatListen to the melancholy sighListen to the bittersweet cryListen to the symphany's songListen to the voice of an angelListen to the first words of a childListen to the tranquility of the soulListenListen Carefully...there you have it. That's about all I have to say for now. I will probably post again today. God bless. Goodbye.
