In loving memory...

Yesterday, Richard Finley past away. Some of us know him as Richard, others as Mr. Finley, and others as Dad. He was a wonderful role model for many, including myself. His humble attitude and constant willingness to help was unbelievable. The number of lives he impacted can not be numbered. It was clear to see that his faith and character were constantly growing. He lead by example, and I only hope that I could end up being as good of a person as he was. I knew Mr. Finley for as long as I can remember, and he's always been there for a smile. You know the song that goes, "It's not what you take when you leave this world behind you. It's what you leave behind you when you go"? He proved that song to be true. And even though he's gone home, away from us, the way he's changed all of our lives will never be forgotten. Anyone who knew Mr. Finley can clearly see the legacy he's left with us. My prayers and the prayers of many go up for the family. I thank God for the way he helped me through life, and I know many agree. God bless his soul.
